The use of electric hoist maintenance
1. Newly installed or dismantled after the installation of electric hoist, the first should be empty test run several times. But not before the installation is completed, do not electrify the test run.
2. Before normal use should be 125% of the rated load, lifting from the ground about 100 mm, 10 minutes of static load test, check whether it is normal.
3. Dynamic load test is to rated load weight, for repeated lifting and moving test, after the test to check its mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connecting part is normal and reliable.
4. In use, it is absolutely prohibited to use it under the non-permissible environment, and over the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times).
5. When installing, commissioning and maintenance, must strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable, when the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance from the hook shell to the reel shell must be more than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be more than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety circle of the wire rope on the drum should be ensured, and the effective safety circle must be more than 2 circles.
6. It is not allowed to press the two electric hoist at the same time to make the electric hoist in the opposite direction of the movement of the hand door button.
7. After the work is completed must pull the main gate of the power supply, cut off the power supply.
8. Electric hoist should be manoeuvred by a person, the manipulator should fully grasp the safety regulations, is strictly prohibited to pull the skewed hanging.
9. In use by specialists must be regularly checked on the electric hoist, found faults in time to take measures, and carefully recorded.
10. Adjustment of electric hoist braking slippage, should ensure that the rated load, braking slippage S ≤ V / 100 (V for the load of a minute under the stable lifting distance).
11. Wire rope scrapping standards: wire rope inspection and scrapping standards according to CB/T5972-1986 ‘lifting machinery with wire rope inspection and scrapping of practical specification’.
12. Electric hoist use must maintain sufficient lubricant, and keep the lubricant clean, should not contain impurities and dirt.
13. Wire rope oil should be used when the hard bristle brush or small pieces of wood, is strictly prohibited directly by hand to the wire rope is working on oil.
14. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang the weight in the air to prevent the parts from permanent deformation.
15. In the process of use, if found fault, should immediately cut off the main power supply.
16. Special attention should be paid to the condition of wearing parts during use.
17. 10~20 tonnes hoist in a long time after continuous operation, there may be automatic power-off phenomenon, which belongs to the motor's overheating protection function, at this time you can drop, after a period of time, when the motor cools down can continue to work.
